Situated at Kumara Junction on the West Coast, this new build project is currently in the concept design phase. The Bisset development responds to a raw, rural West Coast setting where the landscape is the dominant force — wide skies, native bush edges, and an absence of suburban context that allows the design to engage directly with its environment. Details of the design brief are still being refined in close consultation with the client, and this project is one to watch as it develops through the concept stage.
